Coulibri Ridge operates entirely off the grid, with all electricity generated by solar panels and wind turbines on the property. Rainwater is collected and filtered for all water use, and the resort uses no single-use plastics. A property tour shows guests the solar inverters, wind turbine system, and the UV and copper-ion pool treatment that replaces chlorine.

Accommodations & Private Pools

The resort has 14 private suite-apartments, each with a full kitchen, a large balcony, and an outdoor shower in some rooms. Every cluster of four suites shares a heated infinity pool with views of the ocean and the island of Martinique. Suites include air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a dishwasher, and a safety deposit box.

Chef Damien prepares a daily changing four-course dinner menu using organic ingredients sourced from the resort's own farm and local Dominica farmers. The open-air spa overlooks the ocean and offers massages, facials, and body wraps using ingredients like cacao and papaya grown on the property. Morning yoga sessions are held at the red pergola, and guests can borrow RAD electric bikes to explore the steep surrounding hills. Snorkeling gear, water shoes, and packed lunches are provided for off-site excursions arranged by the concierge.

Coulibri Ridge sits on a secluded ridge in southern Dominica, 69 km from Douglas-Charles Airport. The resort provides free airport shuttle service and free private parking for guests with rental cars. A 24-hour security gate and guard shack control access to the property, and a staffed tour desk helps plan hiking, snorkeling, and whale-watching trips.
